The Plan

To get to my goals, I’m trying to set a diet and exercise goal.
First, the diet. I eat pretty well. I’ve made a lot of positive changes over the past year. There are still areas where I could improve, like eating more fruits and vegetables. And, oddly enough, I have trouble getting in enough carbs. Carbs should make up at least 1/2 of my daily calories, but I don’t eat enough. Maybe it’s because I’m not a big vegetable eater. I’m working on that.
I’m going to continue on the fitness program I’m on. I train with Mark twice a week. The other days I focus on cardio and I do an extra ab workout. Sometimes on the weekends I do the NIKE Training Class at 24 Hr. Fitness. I also try to get in a yoga class.
I’m doing a lot of good things, but I’ve been on a plateau for a few months now. I’ve been sidetracked with a hamstring pull and the flu. But I’m determined.

  1. Go Go Go you motivate me,since i lost my folks last year my life has been turned upside down. I am crawling out from under that but i have gained 30 pounds…..I will lose that 30 plus 30 more…..”JUST DO IT”
